Red face Trying to get back on the wagon!

Well this summer has been craazzy to say the least...we had our marriage blessing....a cousins wedding...a friends wedding shower...a baby shower...another baby shower...many traveling trips back to the states...and birthdays galore in the month of august and btw. all of that I have completely fallen off the wagon with my eating and exercise. UGggh it is torterous to try and get my bum back in gear...I should keep that as a constant reminder next time I even think to myself a week without will be fine.
My husband and I signed up for a membership at the gym. I hate getting over the initial fear of the gym and thinking everyone is staring at me. Also I signed up to take a Step class with a friend every thursday morning so hopefully that'll get and keep me going.
I had wanted to lose at least another 10lbs before my friends wedding October 7th...my dress is already way too big for me and that should make me happy knowing that I have lost 20lbs since I ordered it but I still somehow feel like I failed at that. Plus all the other girls in the wedding are teeny weeny little things except for me.
Anyways enough of my rant...I just gotta get going and do it...no-one can make me or do it for me. But thanks for listening and your support and any words of motivation would be Faaaantastic!!!!

Kari
