I knew I'd been gaining weight since my wedding, and was guessing myself around 140 lbs - what a shock to step on and see 157!
But on the bright side - now I have NO EXCUSE not to hold myself accountable for the number on that scale, for how active I am, and most especially, for what I put in my mouth.

I have been told not to use it everyday, but it is
nice to get on every morning to boost my confidence for the day.
Yeah. . .I put off buying one for the longest time, because I do have a fair dose of obsessive-compulsive.
So I am going to have to work really hard at finding a balance between knowing what I weigh and being accountable to the scale, but NOT becoming someone who weighs first thing in the AM, after each workout, after each meal, after each bathroom break. . .
