Don't feel so bad - I got you beat! I was away on holiday last week and deliberately decided I wasn't going to do the diet at all. I didn't think I ate too bad, although I did have treats like ice cream and candy floss and chip shop chips and I basically ate what I wanted.

Came back to a 6lb gain!! And that was with having no dinner the night before cos I was so stuffed from my motorway service station lunch. (Pizza and chips - a meal meant for one person which I shared with my daughter that we couldn't finish even between us!).

Anyway, 2 lbs of those were gone this morning but the point is that you get right back on the wagon. So you have a bad day and put on a pound. So what! It's not the end of the world. What's the alternative? Sack the whole diet and put back on all the weight you struggled so hard to lose? Or get back on that horse and try again.
