Heck yeah! And ain't that the total truth, though? "Got a problem? Solve it, don't eat about it."

We'll I've been away for a few days but I think this has been a very positive thread for me. I love to see how everyone has changed for the better. I plan on printing mine out and posting it on my refrigerator. It will be a great reminder of where I have come from and where I am now.

I know that this is a challenge for everyone! We are all in different places in our journey, and we all run into hurdles. It is nice to have something in front of us (especially right on the refrigerator) that reminds us NOT to go back to that life.
