After Plateau
After being on a plateau for a month I swapped jobs. I have been there a week now. THe job has an increase amount of energy involved, including lots more walking, climbing stairs. Its great cos if its hot in the afternoon I can go for a walk and see if everything is working ok. Its great
With bran flakes for breakfast, fruit for lunch and beans on toast for tea and riding my bike for an hour a day I have managed to loose 4lbs in a week!!
Omg, I was so happy, I just hope the loss continues, I am going to do everything I can to make it! I can see my goal becoming closer and more realistic again now.
