Thanks quys for all the advice I am just so excited about all the good ideas, no classes today for me so I got a 2 mile walk in with my kids and it felt great.

depending where I am assigned for the day 95% of the time I am standing and walking I dont understand why the weight stays on but today I took longer strides when I walked and I did leg lift while I was standing people were looking at me like I was crazy but I did't care I am really motivated and hyped from all the good feed back I have been getting.

summer break is next month and I am going to cut my classes in half it will take me longer to finish but that is ok I really need more time with my family and to focus a little more on myself. now I am going to fix a nice health dinner.
