I don't know what kind of dietary regime you are on, but I bought some Blue Bunny "No Sugar Added" Raspberry Cheesecake ice creams. 150 cals each, and they've really been satisfying my sweet tooth. Very cheesecakey tasting.

What about those weight watcher cheesecake desserts in the freezer section?

Default Another idea

If you really, really want cheesecake you could share a slice with a buddy & then go for a walk. Sometimes only the real thing will do even if it's only a bite.

I agree with Cassie--have some! It won't kill you, won't undo all of your hard work, and won't make you gain 10 pounds in eating just one slice. Make sure it's just one slice, though, and that it is FABULOUS cheesecake--if you're really craving it so badly, no second-rate cheesecake will do! Get a slice out at a restaurant or bakery or something so you don't have the entire cake sitting in your fridge to go back and pick at later.

You may find that the craving goes away now that you have given yourself permission to indulge. That always happens to me. But, if it doesn't, I agree with Jillybean - get the GOOD stuff and just one piece (better yet, one piece shared with someone else) and enjoy every single bite.

I agree!!! Get a small slice of the very best kind and enjoy! So long as it's not CHOCOLATE cheesecake - you know what I mean!!

I want cheesecake every single day of my LIFE. I can't remember a day NOT wanting cheesecake If I had to really really have some, I would go and get the best caramel drenched turtle cheesecake I could find and just get one piece and I would enjoy it to the max. Then tomorrow I would eat celery all day. But, that's just me.

If I was craving cheese cake really bad don't go out and try to substitute it for something else because that will never work.

I would seriously find a shop or check your freezers at the store where you can buy single servings and I would sit down and slowly indulge every bite washing over my taste buds.

I couldn't bring a whole cheese cake home and leave it alone. I would pay the price to have one slice. I have seen stores starting to slice cakes into single servings and selling it that way. So you might even find the deli selling a single serving.

I know some of the Starbucks sells slices of the Cheese Cake Factory Cheese cakes so you might want to check few of those places.

but I would treat myself to a slice.
