Default Planning for Friday!!

I always do my Fitday a day in advance, I usually know several days ahead what I'm going to eat every day. My weight is back to 130, but I am trying to get to 127-128. I am trying to eat more protein and keep my calories around 1500-1600. My current plan is a little low, so I will probably add something, maybe a handful of almonds.

B - 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1/2 cup salsa, spinach leaves, 4.4 oz of blueberries

S - la netura cinnamon ginger yogurt

L - big salad - 3 cups spinach, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 orange pepper, 2 oz grilled chicken, no skin, Trader Joe's fat free balsalmic vinaigrette

S - tall non fat sugar free latte

S - cut up mango

S - cut up veggies (grape tomatoes, sugar snap peas, baby carrots, yellow pepper strips)

D - 4 oz salmon with home made red wine, honey glaze, broccoli, 1 big sweet potato

breakfast-oatmeal, egg whites and protein powder
snack- I'm down to either pineapple or berries for my shake with whey protein
dinner- should be turkey breast, salad and cottage cheese
but I need to go buy salad and cottage cheese
some fruit and yogurt in there too.
I should do 30 minutes of cardio and shoulders and abs.

I really do need to do a little grocery shopping. Who knew the college boy would eat salad for a snack?

How's everyone doing this morning?

I switched things up a bit today and didn't have my oatmeal until just now. I had a big bowl with egg whites and oatmeal over which I had 1/2 cup fruit, 1/2 cup lf cottage cheese and 1/2 cup no fat yogurt. I'm very full!

Did I say hi to June? Cuz I did miss her
