The Make a Plan and Stick to It Thread for Saturday

  • Plan to succeed! Hope everyone has an on-plan day!

    Today's plan:

    B: SlimFast Optima

    L: 2 eggs with onions and 2 whole wheat toast with little bit of jelly

    S: 100-cal bag of popcorn

    D: Onion and potato pierogis and a big salad

    30 minutes either walking or biking...

  • It is difficult for me to make plans like that. Mine will consist of no breakfast, a roast lunch with no gravy (Turkey with potatoes, cauliflower and carrots probably) and a wholemeal cheese and onion sandwhich for tea. I may have some fruit when I get peckish. I will ride my bike for an hour.

    Anyway dunno about my day, right now I am eating a late breakfast of a tuna sandwitch, I might try one of those yummy looking protien bars when im tanning (tons of protien but lots of calories so I might not...) and not sure about dinner

    I hope I can exercise today, my mom seems to be having second thoughts about loaning me her exerise bike I am going there for a couple hours today but dont really wanna spend half my time there on it, haha
