Oh gals! I was home for about 6 1/2 hours when I got called back to work. I'm whipped! My cals aren't bad but my percentages are dreadful! I still will probably do a few minutes of weights tonight but my bed sounds like darned good idea.
I should be able to plan tomorrow.

My update - I am going here for dinner:

I am planning to have:

Appetizer -
will split with whatever my dad wants

Entree -
Pumpkin Seed Crusted Sea Scallops
Diver scallops are crusted with pumpkin seeds, seared and served atop red and yellow tomato coulis with pesto mashed potatoes.

Dessert - split with Dad
Molten Chocolate Orange Cake
Warm oozing Grand Marnier chocolate cake, with orange-caramel sauce, whipped cream, and tangerine-vanilla ice cream.

There will be wine and coffee. Mmmm. Can't wait!
