i did have a plan today and i stuck with it all day, trouble is i don't get in here to post until evening...so i'll bore you with it anyway lol

l salad with steak an 1 slice cheese, tomato juice
s grapes
d 1/2 mashed potatoes, kielbassi and sauerkraut, green beans
s green tea rice cakes
exercise- 1 mile walk and 1 hr water aerobics class (about to leave right now)
