  • i did have a plan today and i stuck with it all day, trouble is i don't get in here to post until evening...so i'll bore you with it anyway lol
    b fiber 1 skim milk banana coffee
    s 1 cup pineapple and tangerines
    l salad with steak an 1 slice cheese, tomato juice
    s grapes
    d 1/2 mashed potatoes, kielbassi and sauerkraut, green beans
    s green tea rice cakes
    exercise- 1 mile walk and 1 hr water aerobics class (about to leave right now)

  • So I started eating my salad and got about half way thru and my tummy started to get sore. I stopped eating it and sat for a bit. It was still sore and I feel really bloated. I finished my salad and now it is awful tunny so sore and bloated I had to undo my pants!

    Could this be from bad tuna? Would it happen that fast? Or am I dying? haha
