Bread and 2 packets of oatmeal for breakfast? I'm a carb lover but that seems a little carbtastic even to me. Instead of bread and 2 packets of instant oatmeal, I would eat 1/2 cup of regular oatmeal (I'm a huge fan of Quaker 1 Minute Oats, cooks in 2 minutes in the microwave!) and add chopped walnuts and dried fruit. Same caloric value but far greater nutritional value. Put some lettuce and tomato on that sandwich!

Walnuts and almonds are good options for healthy nuts! I read a study where individuals who at a serving of nuts at least 5 days a week had a 30%+ lower risk of heart disease. All that and delicious too!

I sometimes have 1 packet of oatmeal and 1 slice of toast and I try and add some fruit. haha - it keeps me full the longest, lol.

mmm tomato on toast, OMG I love that! I need to buy some tomato! It sucks moving out of your parents house - my mom always had that kind of stuff but I totally forget to buy it!
