Ugh why does everyone in the world fit into a size 8 when theyre 160 lbs?!! I have to be 135 at the very most, more like 130 or less to be in an 8. Even people at my same height (5'4" ish) say they fit in it at 150, 160, I even saw 170!! Why am I so cursed. My body dimensions are so unattractive.
You're definitely not alone...160 for me is a size 12 (I'm at 161 right now and that's what I'm wearing)...or busting out of stretchy size 10 jeans! A size 8 for me would probably be somewhere around 130-140 (at the most)...it's been awhile since I've been there so I don't really remember! I'm around your height...5'5".
My thin weight would be somewhere between 130-140. I'm setting my goal weight on the lower end of that...130.
For me it would be 135, however is my goal is 125. I was 125 in 2001 when I met my husband (size 8/10 in misses or 6 in womens). I looked great then in clothes but didn't excersize/weight train so I was thin but flabby. This time around I am going for lean and strong! I would like to be a size 4/6
About 15 years ago I got down to about 150 and I was a size 8/10. I'm not sure if it's doable this time around as it gets harder to lose weight as you get older, but I'd be happy with 160 and size 10/12 (I'm 5'5").
I'm eating a lot more calories this time, so it will probably be another year or so till I reach my goal weight.
Well my smallest was in High School about 135, very athletic not an extra roll anywhere on me. If I could get there great, but I could never mantain that. I will be happy at 150.. that can be my new skinny!
Goodness- I will feel great at 175 for a start- that is lower than I was when I started having babies and packing on the pounds. And what I weighed last time I lost some weight- got a lot of compliments at that weight even though it's still high for me. (5'7)
My high school weight was 120-125 and college weight 150-155. I did get down a couple times to 145 but had a hard time maintaining that. Seems like a ways off, but I would love to be a size 8 or 10! Who knows what the weight will be
I've never been thin, so I'm just guessing here, but I am extremely big boned (almost an 7.75 wrist circumference) and broad shouldered, so I honestly don't know if I could get below 170 or maybe 165, which is still considered slightly overweight for my height. I visited a doctor, she said 180 should be my goal given the bone structure. So, I'm gonna go with 180 for now, and re-evaluate once I get there.
Well ladies, I'm 5'6" weigh right now at 316 lbs. I would like to get down to 150 lbs. But, for now I'd be happy with 200 or even 175 lbs. then I diffently should have no problem in doing more exercising, dancing [miss this the most] One thing I must do when I get thinner is get blue jeans [always has been my favourite thing].
Mini goals at first the out of 300 to 290, 280, 270 and so on. I figure once I've reached 200 lbs. with the exercising along with the healthy eating I should keep on losing weight. But, as long as I feel good & healthy that would mean everything to me.
Im 5'5 and my lightest weight was in high school my junior year at 123, Id like to get there again. Currently Im down to 130 from 163. If I didnt lose anymore at this point Id be happy. Except Im very thick waisted and still in a size 8 at this weight, definitly thought Id be smaller than this.
Mine really thin weight is 135, which I used to be, Now I just really want to be around 165 or size 11/12 jeans. I am kinda big boned and 5'7. So when I get there i'll see what looks good.
I actually don't know. The last time I was 'thin', I was in the first grade! But according to the WW chart, my ideal weight is between 120 and 144. My personal goal is 150 because I like having curves.
My weight goal is 140 but I would love to make it to 130 again. Then I would feel thin. The weight I weigh is hard for me only being 5 foot on a good day.
