Lost .5 lb., but it's my TOM, and I'm not sure what the scale will read when it's over. My jeans are fitting looser, so maybe there's more gone than I know. I hope so!

I didn't have time to post yesterday, but I am down 2 pounds this week!! :)

babsy- .5 is better than nothing at all!! I would just weigh after TOM is over. Rosario- I measure the "biggest" places on me. Its easy for me to see exactly where thats at LOL. I know thats not much help to you, but I hope you "kinda" understand. Ok I have a question.... When I exercise ...Im either really pumped up and feel great or im super exhasted and TIRED! Like I cant even keep my eyes open tired? does anyone else go through this?? Its starting to frustruate me some. Its like the more weight I lose, the more tired I am. I cant figure it out. |
purplecrush - I usually feel so awake and ready to go after a good go on the treadmill last night after I was done I went to do my pilates and all I could think about was having a nice nap on my mat, haha

Randee - are you taking a multivitamin? Maybe you aren't getting enough of some nutrient or something to give you that extra energy.. I know the more I exercise the more I'm tired at night, I seem to pass out at like 10pm, and before I used to stay up until 12-1am!
Rosario - I also just measure my biggest area, even if it's not the exact area, I always know it's the biggest part.. somehow this makes sense in my mind. heh. How many weeks do we have left? And should we be starting a new thread? -Aimee |
I lost another pound dont know how since Ive been kinda lazy lately, but still watchin what I eat. Also lost another inch off my waist finally,, didnt think the fat was ever going to start coming off my belly. :carrot:

Lady Jackyl, I am finally starting to notice that my waist is going down. I thought I'd never start to see a waistline. Everything else went first. Now my boobs are starting to lose too. I am 6 lbs. to goal and hope the rest comes mainly from my waist. I am trying very hard to be at goal by July 4th, that would be wonderful. I am recovering greatly from hernia surgeries just 10 days ago and actually have lost 3 lbs. since surgery. Didn't expect this at all, cause I haven't been able to exercise. Will start walking on treadmill again as soon as it is comfortable for me.

Lost 2.8 this week! wooo! It is maybe starting to catch up with me now. haha Under 200 tho! wooohooo!

I've lost a total of 8lbs so far leaving me at 123.5, needing to lose another 13.5lbs before I hit my goal.

lilybelle-im glad you are recovering quickly from surgery!!! You will be able to exercise soon! Courtnie-Wahoo! Good job on the 2.8 this week! Keep up what your doing lol. I wish I would lose 2.8 !! Pink x lady- 8 lbs is great! You will hit your goal in no time! Good job! I had kinda a bad weekend. Its my own fault. I went to the movies last night with my niece and seen An American Haunting...I wasent going to get popcorn, because I will still full from Pizza hut *slap my hand* . My niece got popcorn and got heartburn , so who do you think ate the rest..thats right..ME!!! I also had candy. My fault. Then today ive had MORE pizza. Im only a few points above my target points, I know I have FP, but I need to be more in control than that!!! Ok , im glad to get that off my chest, I was starting to feel guilty for not letting you guys know that lol. |

Wow, everyone is doing so great.. I wonder what our total pounds lost is? I'm refusing to do ANY more math today (end of week paperwork at my store is a killer sometimes.. my brain feels like mush!!).. And we must be less than 10 weeks to go, I think it's more like 8 now. Randee - you can recover from that, just be a good girl for the next couple of days, you'll be fine :) I've also heard that sometimes when people eat out of their diet for a meal or two, they end up losing more weird (it's also apparently a plateau breaker). Gotta think positive :) My weekend was also pretty bad.. my friend stood me up for a walk yesterday, so I ended up pouting on the couch watching Laguna Beach, yes thats right, I watched a teen reality tv show.. lol. I went out for dinner last night, and got an appitizer of pita bread and tziki (spelling?), I shared half of it tho! And then ate half a salad, and half a dessert.. so really it could have been worse! But I had hoped to be down a couple more pounds before I go away (Leaving on Thursday morning and coming home on Tuesday), so I walked home from work today to try and compensate.
