Courtnie-Wahoo! Good job losing the lb!! I know you want more, but a pound is a pound!! Keep it up! Swimgirl- Ya, keep working like that and those pounds will fall right off of you! Ive been walking like crazy! Its been so beautiful here, I cant believe it! I walk to stores, shop and walk home. Im getting in a good 3 miles a day. Lucky for me that I live in the city and can walk almost anywhere. I weighed in today and im down another lb. I thought it would be more, because of all the walking, but my eating hasent been the greatest. Its SO hard to eat healthy when we are SO busy!! I got a new WW cookbook in the mail a few days ago and went shopping yesterday and im making 3 things in there. I LOVE this new one, I think its the best one yet. I have all of them, but rarely make anything. I do love the taco soup though. yum. I bought a bunch of strawberries yesterday. We all love strawberries! Hope everyone has a GREAT day!!!! |

I finally measured myself today..and as of jan 3 , ive lost 28 inches!! Right arm -1 left arm -1 right thigh -1 left thigh -2 right calf -0 left calf -0 stomach -9 hips - 4 bust - 4 waist -6 im so excited. my weight loss has slowed, and this is just the motivation I needed!! |
Randee - WOW!! 28 inches!!! holy COW!!! You are doing SO great, keep at 'er, you'll be there in no time flat! All of your walkign would definitely make a dent in those inches as well.. and think, you lost a pound and your eating wasn't even perfect? You could be unstoppable if you combined the both of them, and even ify ou don't.. you are losing at a good pace :)
I am determined to eat better today, yesterday was such a bust, it was non-stop from 9:30am until 10:15pm.. I only had 1 healthy meal out of 3. I ate WAY less at the two bad meals.. so thats a good thing :) I'm back at it today!! -Aimee |

Rosario--I hope everything is ok over there! Congrats to all those who have lost or maintained this week...I managed to lose another pound this week (bringing me to 5 lbs. total since the beginning of the challenge) even though I didn't exercise much last week. Hang in there, everyone...we can do this! |
My weight has stayed the same this week, but I was expecting this. Staying on plan with my eating but unable to exercise since Abd. surgery last Wednesday. My main goal is to be able to maintain my weight loss until I am able to get back to walking. Never thought I'd miss exercise, but I do. Good luck to everyone.

Thanks girls!! Im vowing to eat GREAT this week!!!!! Your right, with all my walking and if I eat right, I should do WONDERFUL next week!! I cant wait!! Its going to be in the 80s at the end of the week! I cant wait. Ive been walking soooooooooo much and I love it!!

LumiFan~ I'm glad you are going to set some mini goals for you. It's so simple and easy.It also keep you busy. Well, today was busy. My duaghter's 4th b-day is tomorrow and we are having it at Chuk E. Cheese's... :devil: I'll be good,Promise ;) So far today I have had 2 liters of water. I am trying my darnest to drink more water. That's another personal challenge I do daily. I better get going to bed now. Ya'll have a great night and drink your WATER |

However, this is not necessarily bad as TOM has sneaked up on me so maybe a loss next week. Everyone is doing fantastically! |
I am doing way better today. I was bummed out because my family was over for the weekend. But they went back home on Monday and I was just so sad. But I am feeling better since I know I will be visiting for a week in the summer. Now I have some new motivation...to surprise them with a new me. So now I'm back in the game!!
Swimgirl-thanks for your offer. I'm sure I'll take you up on it one day! Randee-28 inches??!! That's freakin awesome. good job girl. you are so lucky you get to walk places. in georgia, everything is too damn far away and i don't see much sidewalks. continue your walking and you are gonna do awesome next week. lovemygordie-great job on your loss. keep at it!! lillybelle-you should just be concentrating on getting better. when you are all better you can do all the excercise you want to make up for the lost time. but for now just rest so you can recuperate. jelly-how fun!! chuck e cheese. I'm sure one little slice of pizza won't hurt. have fun!! clareh-i'm betting definitely a loss next week. i am down four pounds since of TOM is almost over. I don't want to set it in stone yet, since it is not my official weigh-in day. just keep your chin up!! |

isn't it kind of hard measuring. You have to measure the exact same spot in order to get accurate results. When I measure my thighs, it's always up or down, never the same. Where and how do you guys measure??

My goal is to lose my next 10% by the 4th of July. I'm off to a good start so far!

I think this is 9 weeks but not sure so I will post here. I lost another pound and I think one more at that two but the scale keeps going between so I rather say one than two., Yea.

Although my official weigh in is today, I knew I gained 4 pounds over the month. By today I had lost those 4 and an additional 1.5. So official weight is 217.5. I will weigh in again for the Mother's Day Challenge on May 14th and on May 29th for the Memorial Day Challenge. Then June 3 and finally July 4th. I have been non existent on this thread just because I was weighing too much and needed to spread it out some.
