I think SusanB has the right idea - weightlifting at 124 would just be about perfect for you. You may not lose much more weight, but it will look like it because you'll be toned up. Weightlifting will also help your bones. So many systems on your body would and will thank you, especially when you get to my age, from the benefits of weightlifting. Having and developing strong bones at a young is vitally important, and with a good, healthy diet as your starting point, your bones will last a long long time. You only have one chance to get it right because after about 25 your bone density won't increase anymore, and the best you'll be able to do is to prevent loss.
Quote:
By the time you are 18, you've accumulated 90 percent of the bone mass you'll ever have. And after you are 25 - 30 you'll have to live the rest of your life on what you've stashed.

Good luck sweetie - stay smart, read as much as you can on nutrition - you'll find a lot of them say pretty much the same thing in the long run. Use your good common sense in making appropriate choices in food and don't look at the scale so much.
You also may want to check in at your local university to see if they have a body composition lab available to you. They will test you and will tell you what your lean body mass is, and what your total fat weight it. It will help you decide what is truly a healthy weight for you.
Stay healthy - you only have one body!
