. I usually do hour long of cardio, usually consists of 30 min of treadmill or stair master, and another 30 min of elliptical or stationary bike. I've been doing this so long, and I am feeling really bored. I did changed it up a bit, and it doesn't work. I used to have fun when I do it, but now it just so boring, and it could be the reason for me to skip my workouts. I was wondering if you guys have any other ways to do cardio at home. I do rope jumping, but whenever I do that I get really sore calves about couple of days. Please help me, and let me know. Anything can help me to get back into my losing mode.
