Any Suggestion on Cardio!
Hey, everyone!!! I am here for some new suggestions about cardio. I am back on working out, :carrot: . I usually do hour long of cardio, usually consists of 30 min of treadmill or stair master, and another 30 min of elliptical or stationary bike. I've been doing this so long, and I am feeling really bored. I did changed it up a bit, and it doesn't work. I used to have fun when I do it, but now it just so boring, and it could be the reason for me to skip my workouts. I was wondering if you guys have any other ways to do cardio at home. I do rope jumping, but whenever I do that I get really sore calves about couple of days. Please help me, and let me know. Anything can help me to get back into my losing mode. Thanks for you all in advance.

The same thing happened to me so I joined a Taekwondo class that meets 4 days a week and I hit that 2 or 3 times a week, and then gym twice a week, and I'll walk the other days outside for the sunshine!

I love working out outside - I live in an amazing city that's full of parks and trails, so I go to different trails all teh tiem to run, and hike in different parks, or take my bike somewhere I've never been before and just explore - enjoying the scenery and fresh air keeps me motivated... when I go to the gym, though, i get bored pretty easily, too, and I've found that something as little as changing my playlist every week can help.

I'm with Sierra, exercising outdoors can be SO much more interesting! Sometimes I'll go for a walk and I'll be out for 90 minutes and I don't get bored! I also get bored at the gym and actually gave up gym memberships years ago, I bought some free weights, a yoga matt, good runners and a waterproof jacket!
