Hey Motivation! 26lbs is so great! And I really understand about becoming discouraged and being busy..etc.
However, with that said...you have to stop and ask yourself a few things. 1. Why do you want to do this? and 2. How important to you is it?
If this is something you are really determined to have, something that is really important to you (I mean it is YOUR health) then you just have to suck it up and do it.
I used to make a lot of excuses too...then I realized something... you know where excuses get you? They get you that next bigger pant size...they get you that bigger shirt and they get you feeling worse.
With that... let me say I am SO not a morning person, but i get up an extra 30-45min earlier everyday to exercise. I hate it... I DRAG myself out of bed to do this...but by the time I am done I have *so* much energy I feel amazing. Or do some crunches or squats or running in place before you hop into bed. There is *NO* excuse to not exercise. Esp. saying you don't have time!
Also, you just have to learn that portion control and counting calories is really important. Not only how many calories but the type of calories. You need protien and fiber..etc. They fill you up and KEEP you filled longer. and more importantly WATER!! lol ....I know when you're in school its a lot easier to reach for that soda or diet soda. Even though diet doesn't have calories in it...it really isn't good for you.
Also, you might want to check into taking some sort of one a day vitamine, I know I started taking them a month ago...and they got me feeling great too!
Keep yourself busy...and you C A N do this...and remember, if you can find time to get on the internet, you can find time to exercise!!!
GOOD LUCK!
