S- Junior Caramels, two fun sized
D- I pack easy mac
S-Guiltless Gourmet chips
ran a mile, biked 3, 30 weight training, 1 hour tai chi.
And how it really turned out .....
I had my shake.
The CARDIO!
Lunch-cottage cheese, eggs, pineapple
Supper-salmon, salad, rice, cream corn
Later-oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt and fruit.
Calories good. fats not so good
I just feel so much better having one good day under my belt!
Now ... to bed with no more trips downstairs!
I stuck to my calorie range, with a cup of tomato soup and chicken nuggets. But my percentages were not so good. Almost three weeks of sticking to it, can't give up now!
