Hummus
1 clove garlic
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
4 tablespoons lemon juice (I found this to be a bit much)
2 tablespoons tahini (this is a sesame butter, and I found it stocked with the peanut butter)
1 teaspoon salt
black pepper to taste
olive oil
Blend everything but the olive oil until creamy. Drizzle with olive oil.
Also, read the cans of garbonzo beans. One brand adds stuff, progresso is just water and salt.
