woops! Shoulda just had the cookies and got it over with, lol.

I finally got outside and walked. I tried to run around the track, but got tired so quickly, and had to slow to a fast walk. Plus my butt was jiggling behind me. I guess I'm way more out of shape than I thought. Baby steps.

Did pretty good with my food intake.

Wow, those chocolate haystacks sound dangerously amazing

I was good yesterday (the 6th)...missed a few snacks, so I ended up at only about 1100 calories.

OMG jen I would die eating only that!

Where's your protein?? More fruit, more veg, more food, fewer empty snack pack calories! How about some chicken, cheese or tuna? Take a boiled egg or two to work, don't skip dinner.

Maybe we should just keep going instead of making a brand new thread every day?

Today's plan:
  • yogurt
  • oatmeal
  • 2 Morningstar Farm vegan burgers on wheat buns w/raw spinach and Miracle Whip
  • Special K bar
  • boneless, skinless chicken breast in teriyaki marinade w/brown rice and veggies
Total of 1255 calories

I seem to keep planning to have that oatmeal and Special K bar, and then I never eat them. I have been just eating my 3 meals a day, which isn't supposed to be good for the metabolism, but I'm not hungry enough between meals to eat. Since it's already going on 10, and I eat lunch at about 11:30, I probably will skip the oatmeal again, too (I don't feel hungry). Oooohhh well...
