Hang in there sweety ! we all have those moments, and like you said it has only been 2 weeks...
well hunny you didnt put all this weight on in two weeks, so theres no need to suspect it will come off in two weeks... these things take time
the begining is always especialy hard becase you have to get into new habits and routines that you are not used to doing.. its not just about losing weight its about changing your whole life, you have to do things that you didnt used to do you have to do things differently then you used to do
but the longer you stick with it, the easier it will become
we have ALL been where you are right now, you just gotta hang in there and keep pushing !!
i'm not sure what your course of action is or how you are going about it, but maybe you just need to re-adjust your plan, start small... start with little goals and little task, little changes, and after you master each one you can add a new one or take the one you have mastered to the next level
dont start out with i am gunna work out 2 hours a day 5 days a week, start with i'm going to work out for 20 minutes 3 times a week, then as you progress you can lengthen your time and your amount of days, etc...
do this with each new thing
instead of saying ok no more cookies cakes pasta etc its all veggies now, try adding a new veggie each week or every other week and build up those changes in your diet
i think those of us (and we have ALL been there done that) that try jumping in head first and full steam ahead are the ones that end up tripping and falling and throwing in the towel only to weeks months or years later get right back on the horse and do it all over again and its a never ending cycle which yeilds no results
ya gotta learn to crawl before you can walk and you have to learn to walk before you can run
start small and know we are always here for you !! we have all been in your shoes we are all going through the same thing with you and you CAN count on us !!
