My goal is to stick with the menu that I have planned, control my portion sizes and try to do something that resembles physical activity over the weekend.

We'er going out for Christmas day to a restaurant, on DH's suggestion, that otherwise Christmas ends up spilling over several days of over eating. So my goal is to keep Chrissy day as our food indulgence day and not let it spread over to the other days.

1) Take a LONG walk after dinner

2) Get my 5 fruits and veggies in (should be easy peasy!)

3) No scoffing after Christmas day!

Fish- You are NOT allowed to eat all the fudge, you must at least share ONE piece!

My goal is to do at least one workout Christmas Eve day, and Christmas day.

I'll think of a food goal later!

My goal on Christmas Day is not to mindlessly graze. My sister and I are putting together the food and we are doing all finger foods (ex: shrimp coctail, vegi tray, mini crab cakes, subs and of course cookies and pies). I make this promise to myself not to hover over the buffet. I will make myself a plate and that will be enough. I have been really struggling lately with all the sweets around the office but I am trying to exercise moderation. I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

My Christmas goal is to keep my water intake up and only have 1/12 of pie. I figured this out to be about 200cals.
