  • Having never been my ideal weight, I just went to by good ole BMI chart and 130 is right in the middle. I'm willing that change that number at anytime whether it be higher or lower but for now that's the magic number.
  • My goal weight is the high end of a healthy BMI for my height and frame size. I set the goal on the high end thinking I would never make it this far...it's actually been easier than I thought it would (not that it's been easy) so I may go to 135. That's what I weighed when I graduated high school.
  • I, like many others, have changed my mind a few times. I don't think i had any idea when I was my heaviest. Then like a true pessimist, I kept sort of waiting to see. As I went along I looked at almost every chart on the 'net.
So I decided on trying to stay under 130. When I got there, I found I had some pudge that didn't suit me in clothing. So under 125 it is.
I also got lots of advice along the way. I was told I should stop at 142, 135, 130 and a very heavy friend spoke to me about eating disorders when I was 121
