I, like many others, have changed my mind a few times. I don't think i had any idea when I was my heaviest. Then like a true pessimist, I kept sort of waiting to see. As I went along I looked at almost every chart on the 'net.
So I decided on trying to stay under 130. When I got there, I found I had some pudge that didn't suit me in clothing. So under 125 it is.
I also got lots of advice along the way. I was told I should stop at 142, 135, 130 and a very heavy friend spoke to me about eating disorders when I was 121
