It is really hard to get started. I'm just getting started but am definately keeping with it this time. You really have to have the mindset that you didn't put the weight on overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight!

A buddy does help quite a bit. I found one on these boards the first day that I came on here, don't be shy.. ask someone that posts on here! Everyone's so kind and supportive I'm sure they won't mind at all! I exercised today because I didn't want to write to my buddy that I didn't do anything!
Support is here in the forums as is motivation. You also have to find that one thing that will drive you. In my case, it was a certain thing my husband said along with the fact that I was 48 pounds away from my scales "capacity" and thought now this can't be right, something NEEDS to be done.
Also, like other people have said, planning meals, exercise and snacks helps tons. Baby steps!!
