ok i guess im talking to myself....

my appt actually
wasn't AS BAD but then again he didn't do nothing to me bc we decided that since i dont wear the ones i have that we would use them to make smo's on a trial basis and if that works then he will make new ones. if not he will make a longer pair so itll take bout a week

hey ladies, thanx for all the support! my mind is blank right now.... ill be back on later tonight. i had a really busy day. 22 dogs.... all hairy beasts. lol. plus we didnt have our bather today. so my back feels like i lifted a truck. this all being after an hour at the gym this morning. im beat. so i guess i do have something to say. lol wow im out of it. haha plus im sitting in my computer chair in a towel and my hair is dripping down my back. im too tired to get dressed. aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh at least i can laugh about it. you guys take care.

Kelli,don't apologise for PMS ,I am the ultimate grump!My poor boy has to put up with me every month(hehehe),I guess I'm not that bad,he hasn't tried to run away...yet!!
Well girls,guess I should go give my tiny bubbles a bath...
My feel good thing of the day is not related to diet or exersice,but I will tell you anyway,I found an old friend from school that I have been thinking about for years,nice to have that contact again!!!
By the way,I am doing a 2 day fast starting tomorrow so don't ask what I ate,sadly the answer will be NOTHING.. Wish me luck!!
Very soon we have to figure out how to start another thread...onlt 4 pages left!

Hey there! How's my favorite girls?

I'm still PMSing so stand back I'm actually feeling a little better today ... not so grumpy & fragile ... which is a good thing!

Anyway ... how are YOU all? Tomorrow is my weigh in day and I'm really nervous, I really don't think I even lost ONE lousey pound but PMS is always bloating me and I remember when I did WW a few years ago I would always lose it all the week after I started and awww that was better! But yeah, it's still gonna piss me off because I've been working out EVERYDAy and eating good. Damnit! Though, I will still have hope that I lost ... keep your fingers crossed for me girlies!

Well ... I really need to take a shower, I am going into work tomorrow morning to work with my love Dave and this hilarious gal Rochelle and I'm not sure how long we're gonna stay but I'm sure it's gonna suck But I want to just be able to get up, throw my hair up and get the heck out ... you know?

Well my girls ... Andrea, Jen, Wendy, Courtney ... all y'all ... much love to you girlies! (((( )))

hmmmmmm my proud moment for today is..................that i dreaded my circuit training this morning but got through it twice. i hate it! i love cardio, but weights? im not a big fan. but i know i want to be toned when this weight comes off. so i grin and bare it.

also i looked at my butt in the mirror the other day and it looked and felt tighter! thats my mushy spot, lol. i got a big ol butt! but it slowly getting smaller.

i just read some success stories and im feeling very motivated again. i cant express enough how much this website has helped me stay on track. im actually getting teary eyed thinking about it. i cant believe how far ive come. and all the obstacles we've all gone through together! im just really emotional today. anyway you guys are the best.

Hey we all did post around the same time!1Pretty soon we can all have PMS together too!! Funny how that works!Well day 1 of my fast,it is part of my workout tape series,which I will be starting all over..starting today with the fast! iT IS A 6 WEEK DEAL AND HOPE TO BE DOWN TO 125-128 BY THE END OF IT,I am not hungry ...yet.if I do get to hungry or if my hypogloxemia acts up I will have to have something ie: banana,apple or whatever as long as it has natural sugars. No worries I won't bonk out on you guys Have a great day ladies and thanks for the luck,I need it!!My son is sitting here with a big bag of cheese doodles and it's killing me!! Had to get them all in!!

Andrea, what's up darlin? Hey Jen! Hey Court! Hope you guys are doing awesome!

I just got home from work -- I worked for 7 and 1/2 hours today! Dang huh? I need the money so getting paid time & 1/2 is a good thing for me for sure!

Though this morning I had a HUGE HISSY fit ... still not thrilled ... I got on the scale and didn't lose ANYTHING .... not even a little baby movement. oh I was so pissed off! I did good this week, no eating bad and I worked out EVERYDAY! What should I do? I'm just livid! Though I do notice inches missing ... just a little different, like a little more toned or something ... but no pounds. Which is really weird since it was my 1st week of this ... usually on my first week I drop the most! ARGHHHHHH! I'm mad. LOL Can you tell?

Anyway, I'll get over it and keep plugging away at this .... hopefully I start to see a change on the darn scale ... if it's still the same next Saturday, I am gonna quit eating. LOL

Hi Kells!!! You mentioned that you have been working out. Of course, you know that muscle weighs more than fat so perhaps you have lost fat but gained muscle! Anyway, don't worry girl...you're gonna be gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Georgie ... I'm trying to be optimistic about it but I swear if it doesn't change next Saturday I will like go to everyone's house in my neighborhood & break all their scales ... I hate scales! LOL No but thanks for the support girl!
