I would say learn all that u can about nutrition... cuz like others have said this is forever!
learn how to fuel your body.. 60% is mental..brain wash yourself.. to eat healthy.. and exercise... cuz its not about getting to a number........ ITS for the rest of your life!
you cant say that you will never eat a treat... but u can learn how to cook them in a healthier way..sugar free cherry jello with a fat free cream cheese topping.. tastes just as good as that 1000 calorie cheesecake!
a grilled chicken breast sandwich tastes just as good if you throw away the bun...
