[Tealeaf]

I've been in a bit of a plateau these past two weeks. I'm not devastated by this. I know it happens. I figured it would happen to me sooner or later. And I'm glad that I've stalled out at 211 rather than in the 230's. But even so, it is a bit disapointing. Today I saw this link, http://www.easysurf.cc/ndate2.htm. It calculated the days between any two dates. Using it, I see that I've been at my new way of life, starting at Feb-07-05, for 220 days now.

I don't know why, but for some reason seeing this expressed in days has been uplifting to me. 220 days, and I've lost over 40 pounds. Saying it like this just makes it seem like I've actually achieved something. I thought it might be helpful to some of you as well!

Same here on a plateu that has been at least a month now.
My husband has caught up to me and is only 7 pounds away from my weight. Its driving me crazy that I cant get thru this and move on.

But all I can say to myself is
Im not gaining
and what can I do diffrent to try and get thru this and move on.

Wow, 264 days for me. It seems longer than that to me - in a good way. This lifestyle seems so "normal" to me now that it is hard to imagine that I lived any other way as recently as that.

I'm glad to hear you aren't to frustrated with your plateau. It will pass!
