D: 1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese w. 1/2 cup blueberries & 1 tsp. sugar., 3 oz. smoked turkey leg, 3-1/2 oz. white wine. 375 calories.

S: Dole fruit cup & 4 tbsp. lite Cool Whip. 110 calories.

Wow, what a lot of different foods I ate today. Amazing it's not more calories!

L - turkey sandwich: kaiser roll, two slices deli-sliced turkey, two slices tomato, some lettuce

D - pepperoni and mozzarella tortellini w/pasta sauce
S - mashed squash w/apple sauce, raisins, cinnamon, and some brown sugar
S - milk

Wow, I slacked off again. Bad! I don't remember most of the week, but here are my past couple days.

Wednesday:
B - two slices wheat toast w/tub margarine
(workout)
S - yogurt
L - turkey sandwich w/lettuce and tomato
S - apple
S - green beans
D - tofu stir fry with frozen mixed veggies
S - mashed squash, cup of apple cider

Thursday:
B - multigrain cheerios w/skim milk and strawberries
L - leftover tofu stir-fry and rice
S - half of a Lean Pockets
D - mixed greens salad w/italian dressing and some pasta w/sauce
S - mashed rutabaga, 2 marshmallows, sip of apple cider

Friday:
B - packet of oatmeal made w/milk, milk
(light workout)
L - chicken shawerma wrap (they put french fries inside it, how weird!)
D - no idea yet

I've never done this before..so, here I go..
Breakfast: 2 eggs w/1 oz of monteray jack cheese, 1 slice of bacon & 1 tbsp of salsa~4 carbs

snack~Hard boiled egg~1 carb

Dinner~had breakfast for dinner..except had 3 eggs, 1 bacon, 1 sausage patty..also with cheese & salsa~5 carbs

I didn't have lunch because I didn't get up til noon. I have to work graveyard tonight, so I will probably end up having eggs again...I'm going to be so sick of eggs soon..lol
