Flip the Switch

  • I read it and thought Jim was a bit of a pretentious . I did take away a few things to use though. I was not aware that my strength training reps should be four seconds. I was flying through everything and not properly working my body. Also, I liked the idea of visualizing which muscles I am using. His "diet" included so many foods I don't like or can't make work into my schedule. I believe I have "flipped the switch" and I guess I didn't really need his help as much as I thought.
  • I don't know what "Flip the Switch" is even about, but I'm guessing (based on the reply here) that it has to do with working out with weights. Have you read this article?:
