Hey rakoon I'm with almostheaven! You should be proud.

Yes, it's taken you a while to lose it, BUT that means you haven't gained!!! Ultimately it doesn't matter how many times you fall down as long as you keep picking yourself up!
I find when I get too grumpy about those with less efficient metabolisms (hey, those of us who gain weight easily are just built for endurance and survival!!) I tend to get discouraged. I start thinking it's so unfair that some folks (like your friend) are naturally thin without trying, while I am struggling to lose weight. But, there's no fair in it. We're all just built differently. So, it might take you longer, and it will certainly take more work for you but you can do it!!!
Have you tried setting an exercise goal for yourself? I tried that for the first time this month and it worked really well for me. I already surpassed my July goal and I'm doing great. I also have come to think of exercise as medicine... I have to do it. I have to get moving. I have to do at least 20 minutes. Usually it's more but I just have to do
something. I have even danced around and stepped in front of my favorite show when that was the only time I had.
Just think, it won't just be good for your weight loss but it will be great for your fitness. Your baby will be running around in no time and you want to keep up right? Try setting rewards for yourself as well as goals, something to look forward to and help motivate you when the 'don'twannas' are creeping up on you.
Good luck with your exercise this weekend! You can do this! You have already come so far!!!!
