I don't know if you have tried this but I also measure myself. I can't see the difference in my boday because it is all over smaller so I started measuring myself and that has helped keep me going!
Pictures are very difficult to judge (unless you've lost like 100 pounds ). I agree with measuring to check your progress. Also, if your clothes are fitting better is a great way to tell. I have lost over 20 pounds so far and can't tell a bit of difference when I look at myself in the mirror or in pictures, but I do know that I can wear certain clothes that would have cut off my circulation before Also, don't say it's ONLY 13 pounds in 5 1/2 weeks! Healthy weightloss (the kind that you are more likely to KEEP off) is only .5-2 pounds a week, and you are already average higher than that!
