Smile Lets talk!!!

If you have been struggling to lose weight what do you think the problem is? Not drinking enough water? Wrong foods? Lack of commitment? No exercise programme? You don't really believe that you can do it?

Now that you have identified the problem what do you think your next would be?



I'm two days on my health plan and have cheated nor do I feel like giving up.


If first I don't succeed I dust myself and try again, try again, and again, and again, and ........

I have been in an exercise rut which has also spilled over into poor food choices for the past week. My solution starts today with resuming my normal workout. I am going to focus on exercise through the weekend, gradually cutting my calories back to my pre rut levels. The food I can deal with, that's part of life...but I need to exercise to lose weight. No excuses to not workout daily in that regard!!!
