well, I started my "diet" at 248 and have lost 26 pounds so far there. But, my highest weight ever was during my pregnancy with my son. I weighed 266 pounds the day he was born and I think that weight loss counts too (I've considered changing my tickers to reflect it, since I had to struggle to lose the 18 pounds between 266 and 248). So since my son was born, I've lost a grand total of 44 pounds.
1813.1 + 44 = 1857.1
