Hello everyone, here is what I ate today what do you think of it, this is what I have been eating for a week and I have not lost a pound, what am I doing wrong

huge huge salad no fat

4 oz chic, steamed broc, calif, snap peas and 1 small tomato 2.0
snack
bowl of cearal .5
well that is it, does that sound like a lot of food oh and I'm drinking water and crystal light
