Yesterday (Saturday) I did 45 minutes of yoga, and then I "trooped" in costume for about 4 hours for a local comic book promotion.
A good day, after a long plateau I'm down a couple of pounds to 152 - 140s are in sight and that hasn't been the case for 25 years!
30 min rowing
30 min crosstrainer
30 min bike
An hour and ten minutes of fast walking in my neighborhood. Seems to really be doing the trick.

Yesterday (Sunday):
walked 1 mile
had bellydance troupe rehearsal-about 1 hour of actual dancing
Yesterday, I cut down a tree with a bow saw (ie, hand saw). Ok, it was an 8 yr old softwood, so not that big a tree, but it took me a good 2hrs to saw up the trunk into fireplace size pieces, and to snip off all the little branches etc - judging by the way I feel this morning, I did get a good workout! Plus, at the end of it, I have one less ugly tree & space to plant a nice tree. Since I have 10 acres of scrub to clear, I figure that by the end of the summer, I'm going to look damn hot in a tank top!
I went to the gym on Mother's Day! Yep, after dealing with the committments of the day, I headed out but found that my workout buddy didn't make it. Initially, I was disappointed, but I made a point of working out harder and pushing myself with weights. Had a great workout and it was great to have most of the gym to myself!
Focused and ready to work!

I went to curves 30 minutes.
35 minutes elliptacle cross training and 30 minutes of strenght training lifting 16000+ tonight.
I went for a 30 minute walk at lunch time with a co-worker, but I wasn't up to working out tonight. Not enough sleep last night, and my back was hurting more than normal.
Thursday and Friday was Curves, something new I started. Then I did my normal WATP video on Saturday. Sunday, I thought I'd try a light jog and see how it went. Though the baby sits on my bladder and I immediately felt I needed a bathroom break LOL, I pressed on. I slowly jogged for a mile and walked another half mile. Then I did Curves again today.
I went swimming this morning I did 24 lengths in 35 minutes, earlier this year, in february it was taking me 45 minutes to do 12 lengths! I even did back stroke, now that I have my super supportive Speedo swimsuit!!! (I had an accident involving back stroke and a tankini about 8 weeks ago when I really started to lose weight around my back, very embarrassing!!!) Now I am off to the gym for a quiet workout.

I did sweatin' to the oldies with Richard Simmons.
I had a 1 hour strength training class at 6am. It's getting easier and easier to get up in the morning. I know that if I don't go in the morning, I won't go. I will probably swim in my pool tonight to get some extra cardio. Kepp up the good work everyone!!
