It's great to have motivation to look better or to want to better your health. But there's no reason to feel ashamed of how you look now; I think the conscious decision to make healthier choices warrants higher confidence, not just for after you've lost the weight, but as you are today. Plus, there's no reason not to buy cute clothes in your current size or enjoy the clothing you have - liking the clothes you have and the way you look in them breeds confidence too, which will actually make it EASIER to lose weight. The better you feel about yourself, the more you'll feel like you can accomplish your goals. I like to think of it this way - I don't like weighing 163, but there are probably people out there who would kill to be my size. There are probably people out there too who weigh more than you do who would LOVE to shrink to your size. Why hate the skin you're in right this minute? If you can't love yourself now, you'll just find a way to hate your nose when you're thin. Plus, the more confidence you exude, the more attractive you become to people no matter your size. Most importantly, the more attractive you'll become to yourself.
