You can do all the excercise in the world but it's the food you eat thats going to lose weight. I used to excercise 2 - 3 hours a day at the gym. I was sweating like crazy. Ran a lot on the treadmill. But when i went home i was tired and hungy so i ate junk food and food that wasnt good. I didnt gain weight but all that hard work in the gym was for nothing since i wasn't loosing weight either.
I change all that garbage habits now. After a good workout i drink lots of water and hit a meal thats good for the body.
Don't give up, you gotta keep at it. Life isnt easy...
