I need to loose 30/50 lbs and right now I will just say 10 lbs at a time.
I do work a full time job so it was easy for me to go to Burger King or over the the caffeteria and get my meals. for breakfast I would get biskets and gravy or lunch a burger and fires. but I can't lose weight doing that, and if I do it once in a wile ok fine but I really needed to stop that. So now I am showing up at work with all the food I will eat durring the work day and making sure it the right choices. It takes time and planning but I will find the time..
I am plugging along and changing the diet for the better each day and so far I am acutally loosing weight. I don't think I will be able to get to my weight I was in high school, not after having two sons, but darn it, maybe I can get to be close as possible?
I am at this site so I can find other who are in the same boat and maybe we can exchange ideas together.
