Thanks for your input redballon.My wanting to hit the 115lbs mark comes from the fact that I weighed 115lbs for the past 10 years (before the baby) and I would like nothing more than to be able to fit in my prepregnancy jeans .
Now I get the fact that it is only a # on a scale which hardly reflects the fat/muscle mass ratio but I suppose I didn't think of that in lenght until now .
Thing is , I hate strengh training ..I'd rather run 100 miles than go to the gym and lift a 2lbs weight ..haha.I guess I should change my attitude on that hu

And what are the eating habits there ..
