Shell - Propel is fitness water. It has about 10cals a serving. It is made by Gatorade. I usually buy it from the gas station or the grocery store.

Just passing thru....

Another day of good food choices. Pre-planning helps so much. I'm happy to say that i was up at 5:00 this AM doing a pilates video. I love it when I can make that happen! Pushed myself on the treadmill this afternoon; got a good sweat going. Bad news is I'll have to do more laundry!

Halfway through my duel cardio goal!!! Had another good day of exercise.. sure wish the scale would agree with me however!

Eydie.. you are doing GREAT!!!!! And I hear ya on the laundry.... all this exercise is making me change too many times! And you are right about preplanning. That is my LIFE right now. IF I don't plan, the I plan to fail. So I try to plan everything!

Lisa... sorry you were ill... hope you feel better soon! (((((hugs)))))

Shelldawn.. you can do it. I sit at my desk 8 hours a day too.. and when I drink alot of water, it gives me an excuse to get up away from my desk and walk to the restroom.. so I get a little bit more exercise in everyday!

Sandy thanks!! However, I have been at a plateau for the past week.. I actually was at 140.5 last Tuesday.. went down a half a pound, went up a pound and then another.. and as of today, I am back down to 140.50. Sucks. Hahaha.. but I will keep working out and I just know it will start to go down again!

Marti.. WTG on the crunches.... You know.. I am doing an abs video, don't laugh, but it's Claudia Sheiffer, and at the end of the 27 minute video, they say, you have just done 180 crunches... and that makes me feel SOOOOOOOOOOO tired. :-) Luckily I get to rest inbetween sets.. cause I couldn't do them all in a row!!

Ok ladies.... talk to you tomorrow! :-) I am tired and going to bed!

Good Morning Ladies!! Good Luck today! I have already done my pilates this morning, and had breakfast so things are off to a good start. I'm on this plateau that I can't seem to break through (over a week now) but I have confidence that I will see some progress by the end of the week!!!!

I did 30min on the treadmill and 30min of weight lifting. I had a bad breakfast, but I'm just going to make up for it by eating less at lunch and dinner.

Photogirl - don't worry, you'll break the plateau. Your body is probably just adjusting to the new weight before it starts going down again.

Eydie - you're doing great with the exercise!!

Hi all! Just popping in to say I made my walking goal last week, but didn't make the vegan goal. Screwed up early on. Ah, well. I'm doing better now. Goal for this week (retroactively starting Monday): eat three vegan days.

I have news: I'm suddenly down to 141 pounds. I can't remember the last time I was down this low. Can't let up now. NO SELF-SABOTAGE!

Another day down... will do my duel cardio tonight when the girls go to bed. Hehehe.. I just realized I posted that on the 21 day challenge... well, I completed day 5 with no chocolate and I've done my exercise.. so that was a good day too! Just have to finish up over here! :-)

Eydie... WTG!!!! You are doing great!!! YOU CAN keep it up... and keep losing!!!!

Aqua... you are still doing great!!!! Not sure if I can handle doing vegan days... so you are much stronger than me!

Butterfly.. thanks.. I have a good feeling about tomorrow! You keep going strong! Doing great!

Hi there girls-

I didn't do crunches today... I needed to study for an exam I have tomorrow.... but I will get two more days in this week. I WILL NOT FAIL!!

Good Morning! Managed to get up early and did a 30 min. bellydance video at 5:30 AM. I love that! Really sets the tone for the day. I feel more resolved now--I need it 'cause I'm going to serve a reception today.

Good Luck today Eydie... what a job you have!! I would be so tempted, you have to be proud of yourself for the willpower and determination you have!!!

I didn't do my pilates this morning, however, I will get in that video or my abs video this evening so I won't screw up my challenge for this week!! I was just so tired and cold, and didn't want to get up this morning!!! Oh well.. not really a good excuse... but Hey... we all need a small break every now and then!

I hope everyone has a great day.. I have training all day so I will check in tonight! Take care!

Good Morning Ladies... yesterday was successful. Yoga and both sets of iron horse. Not eating after 7pm is no longer an issue. I just dont do it. LOL i am looking forward to getting on the scale this Friday. My body 'feels' good... stronger... more fit and toned. I have a way to go, but i like how i am feeling... especially on the inside. Its very empowering.... Take care of u today ladies...

OK...this week is just going down the tubes. While I have managed to get more water in me the rest of the week...I haven't hardly walked at all. Yesterday I got hit with a migraine, tonight I have to go to town, everything else that could happen has happened the rest of the week...lol I feel there is a force working against me this week. Oh well. I'll get through this one and start fresh next week. Hopefully it won't be so crazy around here.
