March 2026 - Daily Accountability/Lifestyle Change - Everyone Welcome!
Hi, Everyone! Welcome to the Check-In! Let's make it a great month!
I want to welcome everyone to the Daily Accountability Check-In. Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily food and exercise choices. All food and exercise programs are welcome. Consistency is the key to reaching our weight loss goals.
Introduce yourself or jump right in and tell us what you have been doing.
And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience.
The growl of his stomach sounded like a ferocious beast. He felt light-headed and nervous. He kept telling himself that he couldn't really be hungry; it was just his imagination. The gnawing hunger would not abate. Before long he just felt like crying. As much as he wanted to lose weight, he just couldn't face the beast that growled in his midsection. In disgust, he pushed away from his desk and headed out to eat. A hard part of dieting is showing our stomach who is boss. When our stomachs rule, we lose. Turn to the Lord when weakness sets in. He will see us through.
Today's thought: I'm not letting my stomach push me around anymore!
Good afternoon! Walked to church this morning. Got a ride to the grocery store. Walked home. Put a load of laundry in the washer before I left for church. Put a load of laundry in the dryer when I got home. Had lunch. Will go for a walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁☘️🍀😷
Good afternoon again! Nettnett, congrats on the loss for February! Went for another walk and ran errands this afternoon. Will fix supper in a few minutes. 😁🍀😷☘️
Deuteronomy 31:8
And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
Sylvia was such a support. She really did know what the other women were going through. Not so long ago, Sylvia had weighed well over two hundred pounds. If anyone had earned the right to speak, it was Sylvia. Somehow it made it easier having someone around who was both sympathetic to the struggle and had been successful. Sylvia was indeed a blessing. It does help to have others around who have been down the road we are walking. These people can be a great source of comfort and courage. Thank God that these examples exist for us to follow. The Lord will not fail us.
Today's thought: I have no fear of failure, for the Lord is with me!
Hey guys. So at 217.8 today. I DID NOT gain any more muscle yet but i think i ovulated...I try to do something at least every other day. I had bad ovarian pain for 2 days and I am having woman cycle issues. I do want more muscle but I hate being heavier.
Still I Went from fat free body mass of 138 to 151.
I have also been voluntarily watching my blood sugar. My calories were high yesterday but my blood sugar was stable. Started at 117...had a couple of readings +/-, then ended the night at 118. I ate a bit of Greek antipasto which has alot of fat calories.

Washed and dried my sheets and now i need to put them back on the bed.
Did a 30 minute chair exercise today instead of going to the Recplex. I haven't felt 100% and being laying on the couch this afternoon.
