So much better today. Hangover is banished! I also slept great and woke up and grabbed some caffeine and got moving. Think my body really appreciated the sloth like day yesterday. Today is a rest day, but I’m doing some cleaning and I planted some new seeds in seedling trays for the garden. So I should get some extra movement in doing all that. As you can tell I’m catching up on all the housework and garden stuff that was ignored during the holidays. Even got the laundry done.
Worked out my intake for the day aiming around 1600 if I need a bit more and feel hungry. By Saturday I aim to be at my calorie goal completely. Weight was up a little more today, not really bothered.
