I want to welcome everyone to the Daily Accountability Check-In. Our goal is to stay accountable and on track by posting our daily food and exercise choices. All food and exercise programs are welcome. Consistency is the key to reaching our weight loss goals.

Lamentations 3:22-23 "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
I have found this to be true. I am so grateful for God's continuous undeserved kindness, in Lord Jesus Name. Thank You God! We love You!
Good morning! Did more stuff in the kitchen yesterday to get it ready for the upcoming remodel. I started to clean out the refrigerator. Will be shutting down to go to bed in a few minutes. 😁🎅🏻😷🎄
I lost weight in November! Not a lot but down is down. Thank you Jesus!
Ciecie Do you feel better from not feeling well earlier in the week?

Psalms 150:6
Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
The battle wasn't won yet, but Henry felt it was close. He looked better, felt better, and had a more positive attitude. Life was so much more fun, now that he was thinner. All the really hard times were behind him, and he felt his future was pretty bright. God had certainly been good to him. Every day, Henry took time out to thank God for all He had done. Henry didn't know what he'd done to deserve such great blessings, but he wasn't going to question it too much. With God's help, he had been able to do what he could never do before: lose weight!
Today's thought: God's helping me be both lighter of body and lighter of spirit!
Good morning again! Diana, I’m much better. Had a busy morning. Had to go to the lab today for a re-test of my urine. Will have lunch in a few minutes. 😁🎄😷🎅🏻
Good afternoon! Had lunch. Folded some of the laundry I did today. Went for a power walk and ran errands this afternoon.m Will power walk to and home from supper tonight. 😁🎅🏻😷🎄
Hi all. Amazingly I'm back down to 201.4! Praise God. I haven't been exercising alot except daily things I have to do.
I am blessed to be losing weight over the Holidays. I believe OMAD and 18 hr fasts after big meal days REALLY WORK.
also if I slip up and eat a meal too late, I just restart the clock for a 16 hour fast and eat later that day..
I hope that 6lbs stays gone FOREVER! I know I'm about to have TOM too
Ciecie, I hear you on headaches. Im sorry that was rough.
Girl, yes He is Faithful.
sina, yes I have to be mindful of what I am eating
Diana so grateful for this platform
Hope all are well
My youngest is about to be 10 and I've cried more than once over it. he will be 10 on the 3rd. Also my mom is due to come back.
Happy December!
congratulations Diana on the weight loss!!!! Great way to start the month!
This year has seen so many highs and lows for me. Moving across the country without even a destination, leaving my elderly mother behind. Seeing all my children in the space of 6 months, something I have not done for over 5 years, finding a home.
It has also taken a toll on me mentally. I think I mentioned before that I ditched my bathroom scale and daily weighing with a journal entries for 17 years. IT ...the scale...my mindset around weight, clothes size, mirrors, exercising harder, longer, better. Really kinda had come to a head for me in June.ish? I have not been on that scale. I am letting my clothes be my judge. I am too tired mentally to be at war with myself all day every day, 7 days a week. I feel like I am finally letting go of the very things that use to rule me and my every bite, drink, walk. I am feeling more spiritual if that makes sense? It is very confusing.
