Hello everyone!
Do you agree that we have one forum thread for everyone, every subject and just discuss?
I see lots of threads but no people here. Why dont we keep it simple and keep this forum alive?
We all have the same goal - loosing weight, so we dont have to divide us into groups, we can do it here.
Should we try?
Is anyone here alive and kicking?
I am overeating because of Christmas anxious but I will survive for a few days more and than I am starting fresh!
I do nordic walking 3x a week (time out at the moment) and go for a hiking on weekends. That is great but not enough for loosing weight as I overeat. I am going to change that.
What is you story? Anyone here in this metauniverse? :-)
