week #44 - 15st 11.75lb - 0.5lb gain since last time.
a year-end update. 3st 3.25lb / 45.25lb total loss, which is within a whisker of being exactly half of my target loss. I've averaged 1lb/week in spite of having barely lost anything in the last 2-3 months.
