You don't eat for a certain amount of time every day or week when you intermittent fast. Alternate-day fasting is one of the more well-liked methods of intermittent fasting. Eat properly one day, then either completely fast or only take a small meal the following day with less than 500 calories.

May try that. I'm not following the full plan though
