I’m ready to jump start a new way of living - working out everyday, eating well, and incorporating Dr.Fungs intermittent fasting protocol. Do I have a weeddibg to attend this weekend? Yes. A work dinner coming up? Affirmative. There will always be something. I’ve spent the last few years significantly overweight. Between a size 18 and 16 right now. I AM DONE. This is the first time I’ve posted in any kind of forum - hope many of you guys will join me (or at least cheer me on). I will post here every day for the next 4 weeks - Here we go!
It’s a late end to my first day. Intermittent fasted the whole day, with a dinner at 8pm. I definitely went overboard ordering quite a few take out items (I’m travelling on business), but I surprised myself by having quite a bit of leftovers. All in all, not a bad day! Off to bed to hit the gym in the morning... (which I did not do today...).
Busy day yesterday again.... logging this entry a day late. Again successfully fasted for 18hrs, however definitely over ate at dinner (we had a work dinner at a great Indian restaurant...). Oh welll... I’m flying back home today so I ate a lunch (will fast until tomorrow). Bye!
