It does make it difficult to stay on an eating plan and eating does give us some comfort.
You have done well so far and in spite of the occasional bounce the numbers keep coming down. Good for you! Keep up the good work!

Chronic pain is so prevalent these days. Mine is definitely autoimmune related and I think most people with fibromyalgia probably have an autoimmune link.
Our horrific processed foods diet and over vaccinations both play a role, I think. I still get the proved by time tetnus vaccine but that's it. I know the flu vaccine adversely effects my immune system. I used to get one in Sept/Oct and didn't get the flu during the height of the season. But just as the flu infection rates were beginning to taper off or almost disappear in early spring, I'd get slammed with a horrendous bout of flu. Almost like a spike in immunity, then a huge dip. Now that I don't get flu shots anymore, I either don't get it at all, or get a case similar to everyone else at the height of the infection rate. I chose no vaccine as the lesser of the two evils. My fibromyalgia was triggered by a viral infection (not flu) and I wonder if all the screwing around with my immune system by vaccines in the past didn't set me up for it.
